WoW hotfixes adjust PvP movement reductions and tune the Blood, Frost and Unholy Death Knight specializations.

In PvP, Wing Clip's slow is now 40%, while Improved Snaring increases that movement reduction by 10%. Mage Arcane Chrono Shift's slow moves from 50% to 30%, and Paladin Consecrated Ground's from 50% to 20%.

For Blood Death Knight, the developer notes cite excessive area damage and weaker single-target output. The update cuts all ability and minion damage by 6% while raising Death Strike damage by 15%; Deathbringer’s Exterminate gains 25%, and Reaper’s Mark plus Wave of Souls gain 20% each.

Frost receives two increases outside PvP: Frostreaper damage rises by 100% and Obliterate damage by 10%. Unholy Scourging shifts to 65%/100% from 50%/70%, while Blightfall now deals 200% of remaining plague damage rather than 100%; both Unholy changes are also marked as not applying to PvP.

Devourer’s Annihilator changes are intended to improve raid and single-target performance and the build’s viability in more content. Collapsing Star damage to its primary target increases by 25%, while Consume/Devour gains 8%; neither damage increase applies to PvP.

Druid tuning includes 4% more Restoration healing and a 10% bleed increase for Feral’s Patient Custodian, which does not apply to PvP. Augmentation Evoker’s Eruption, Fire Breath, Upheaval and Blistering Scales damage increases by 15%, 60%, 40% and 100% respectively.
